My Grocery List for this Week

My Groceries

Zucchini 1
1banana
1cup oats
Cilantro
Hoisin sauce
Sesame oil
Chinese noodles
2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
1 large yellow onion, chopped
1 ham hock or 3 slices smoked bacon (optional)
3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
2 medium carrots, chopped
1 large stalk celery, chopped
2 (15-ounce) cans Great Northern beans, drained
2 1/2 cups chopped kale or baby spinach
Salt and pepper to taste
4 large baby bok choy
1 tablespoon unrefined sesame oil
1 cup sliced celery
1 pinch powdered ginger
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 pound fresh shiitake mushrooms, stems discarded and caps sliced
Gluten-free tamari to taste
