Sesame Broccoli Noodle Salad

1 pound  chinese noodles
1 tbs dark sesame oil
1 pound broccoli stem peeled and diced and florets broken into small pieces
1 cup julienned baby carrots and/or 1 red bell pepper
2 tbs sesame seeds
Dressing
2 tbs rice vinegar
2 tbs hoisin sauce
2 tbs soy sauce
1tbs sherry or chinese rice wine
1tbs fresh cilantro
1 tsp minced ginger
2 garlic cloves
2 tbs sesame oil

Cook noodles in salted water, drain, cool and toss in large salad bowl with sesame oil
Steam broccoli and carrots then plunge into cold water to stop cooking
Toss brocolli and carrots in with the noodles
Wisk all sauce ingredients together in small bowl
Toss both bowls together and sprinkle with sesame seeds
